Camellia Sinensis Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Got a thing for pumpkin spice flavours? This delicious and healthy option comes to us from Camellia Sinensis.

1 cup water

4 tsp. Camellia Organic Chai

Pinch of cinnamon powder

Pinch of nutmeg

2 tsp sugar or maple syrup

2 Tbsp pumpkin puree

1 cup of milk of your choice  

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add tea, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add sugar, pumpkin puree and milk. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Strain and serve. Serves one.
