Alberta Pure Blackberry Vodka Fizz
3 to 4 fresh blackberries
4 to 5 mint leaves
2 thin slices of fresh lime
0.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz Alberta Pure vodka
Soda water
Slice of lime
In a tall glass combine the blackberries, mint leaves, lime slices and simple syrup. Stir and muddle with a long spoon. Add vodka and stir again. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime and blackberry. Serves one.
