3 oz Chilled Croft Pink Port
4 oz Chilled Cune Cava Brut
2 to 3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Choose your favourite fancy coupe. Add bitters. Pour in Croft Pink Port and top with Cune Cava Brut. Garnish with an orange peel. Serves one.
