A beautifully packaged and delicious new gin from The Lind & Lime Distillery in Leith, Scotland. The bottle looks so good, you’ll want to leave it out on view, and the gin inside? It’s brilliant, a London Dry style, with notes of juniper, lime and pink peppercorns.
The Lind & Lime team recommends it in a Gimlet, one part juice to two parts gin, sweetened with simple syrup to taste. Shake with ice and serve in a vintage Champagne coupe, garnished with a lime wheel.
Once an independent port city, Leith is now part of north Edinburgh and is considered by some to be one of the world’s coolest neighbourhoods, “a hub of lively eating and drinking spots, creativity and cultural diversity.”
